Most cases of Chuck Cunningham syndrome involve older sibling characters that you could easily assume just moved out and don&#039;t keep in touch. You can&#039;t do that with a pre-teen girl, the only possible in-universe justifications for Judy&#039;s absence are that she died off-screen but nobody cared enough to mourn her or that Urkel used a time machine and accidentally erased her from existence when he stepped on a butterfly.]]></description>
