Today, we reveal who was behind Saturday Night Live’s viral “Fully Naked in New York” music video sketch.

On this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Emma Stone, there was a music video sketch that has gone a bit viral called “Fully Naked in New York,” about depressed New Yorkers who deal with their depression by doing various manual labor jobs in New York City fully naked, like picking up trash or working on a construction site.
It’s just the right kind of delightfully bizarre comedy.
Writer Dan Bulla posted about the sketch on his Instagram. He revealed that the sketch was written by Allison Gates (one of the show’s head writers), Bulla, Celeste Yim and Bowen Yang.
JPOnDaTrack produced the music. Mike Diva was the director on the video, with editing by Ryan Spears and cinematography by Lance Kuhns.
Thanks to Dan for the information, and congrats on the impressive sketch!

delightfully bizarre is completely accurate.
Fun sketch. We liked it over on the SNL Nerds podcast.
